General average cases

Using its long and efficient experience in marine field, TIPIC may, in some particular cases, handle properly general average matters.

Its intervention consists mainly in effecting adequate legal expertise on vessel declared in general average, issuing necessary Lloyd average bond and guarantees to claimants, following up the case before court and then provide regular updated developments to the concerned shipowners/P&I club.
